Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the online store.
The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price.
The delivery cost depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The exact delivery cost is displayed when placing the order.
The delivery fee depends on the weight of the product. When ordering more than one item, the shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight and price of the products. Orders over €70 qualify for free delivery within Estonia. The delivery cost is displayed during checkout.
All prices are in euros (€). Product prices and postal services include VAT. Product information is provided directly next to the item in the online store.
Placing an order
To order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all required fields and choose a suitable delivery method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen and can be securely paid using the following payment methods offered by Maksekeskus AS:

The personal data required for making payments is transmitted to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The sales contract takes effect once the payment amount has been received in the online store’s bank account.
If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods due to stock unavailability or any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery cost) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notice.
Delivery
Goods are shipped to most countries. In Estonia, deliveries are made through Omniva parcel machines. If there is no parcel machine nearby, the goods can be picked up from a post office. Larger shipments are sent to a post office. For an additional fee, courier delivery to the home address is also available.
Delivery costs are borne by the buyer, and the respective cost is displayed next to the delivery method.
Once the payment is confirmed, the goods will be shipped within 3 business days. Within Estonia, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days from dispatch.
For certain products, the delivery time may be 2–3 weeks. This is indicated on the respective product page. If a product that is normally in stock is sold out, the delivery time may also be extended to 2–3 weeks. The customer will be notified of this within 2 working days from the date of the order. If the extended delivery time is not acceptable to the customer, the payment will be refunded, and the order will be cancelled.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. Only unused products can be returned.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the product may only be used as it would be allowed in a physical store to test the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item.
To return the item, a withdrawal request must be sent within 14 days of receiving the product to nobel.estonia@gmail.com.
The return costs are borne by the buyer unless the reason for return is a non-conformity of the delivered product (e.g., wrong or defective product).
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the online store, the store is not obliged to refund the amount exceeding the cost of standard delivery.
The buyer must return the product within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request or provide proof that the item was handed over to the carrier within that time frame.
Once the returned item is received, the online store will immediately, but no later than within 14 days, refund all payments received under the contract.
The online store has the right to withhold the refund until the returned item is received or until the buyer has provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
The online store has the right to cancel the sale and request the return of the goods if the product price listed in the store is significantly below market value due to an error.
Defective products
The online store is liable for non-compliance of goods sold to the buyer or for defects that existed at the time of delivery and became apparent within two years of delivery.
During the first year, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise. The burden of proof lies with the online store. In the second year, the burden of proof lies with the buyer.
The buyer must notify the online store of a defect no later than two months after discovering it.
Notices can be sent by email to nobel.estonia@gmail.com or by calling +372 515 2584.
The online store is not responsible for:
defects caused by improper use, mechanical damage, or poor maintenance;
defects resulting from normal wear and tear during regular use (e.g., worn slipper soles);
defects caused by ignoring care instructions.
If the product has a defect for which the online store is responsible, the store will at its own discretion:
repair the defect,
replace the product with an equivalent one,
or, if these are not possible or reasonable, refund the amount paid for the product.
The online store has the right to refuse to fix the defect or refund the money if:
the item shows signs of unauthorized interference,
the damage was caused by the buyer,
the item was used in conditions unsuitable for its intended purpose.
A response to a complaint will be given in writing or in a format that allows written reproduction within 15 days of receiving the complaint.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and delivering the goods.
The online store transmits personal data to the transport service provider for the purpose of delivery.
Newsletters and offers are sent to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed interest by entering their email on the website and consenting to receive such direct marketing messages.
The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or following the unsubscribe link provided in the newsletter.
Dispute resolution
All complaints regarding the online store must be sent via email or communicated by phone.
If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute through agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a buyer and the online store. The procedure is free of charge for the buyer.
The buyer can also turn to the European Union's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
