The yoga mat is made of 100% sheep's wool. The back of the mat is very durable and non-slip, providing stable grip on the floor.
It retains heat excellently, even if classes are held on a cold floor, and is ideal for seated and reclined asanas.
Care instructions: regular airing outdoors and beating (to remove dust), can be vacuumed. Hand wash in water up to 30o C with a small amount of soap and without fabric conditioners. Dry carefully, avoiding direct sunlight, away from radiators and heaters. Mechanical and electric drying is prohibited.
